Victoria joined Cranfield Trust as a volunteer in 2018 and is one of our many volunteers based in Wales.
Victoria’s key areas of experience include:
- Resilience and mindset coaching
- Executive Performance Coaching & Leadership Mentoring
- Change Management
- Strategic Business Management
Since joining, Victoria has been involved in Cranfield Trust’s Peer to Peer programme, which provides CEOs or directors of small charities with a safe space to share their issues and experiences, with the view of encouraging them to explore different perspectives, learn from their challenges and take action.
Victoria has facilitated Peer to Peer groups, by creating a positive arena to guide the group members’ through their confidential challenges. She’s been skilled at ensuring psychological safety, therefore, encouraging participation from everyone involved. Apart from supporting participants to contribute questions which stretch group members, Victoria has also shared various models, tools, and techniques with the groups to enhance learning and resilience. As a result, she has supported participants to work through some challenges they didn’t think they were capable of.
