Through the ‘Thrive’ programme, we are working together to support the strategic development and long-term future of local charities.

This Programme has been funded by the Thriving Third Sector Fund which was established to create an environment for a healthy and thriving third sector in Essex. 

Essex-based charities are part of a nine-month programme that provides an assessment and diagnostic of their organisation, bespoke mentoring and consultancy support, a development action plan for their organisation, learning and workshop events, peer to peer support and networking, and a wide range of resources developed by the Cranfield Trust.
