Is your charity eligible for free expert support?

In order to be eligible for management consultancy, mentoring, Peer to Peer Exchange, and On Call services your charity or CIC must meet the below criteria:

• We support organisations whose work makes a clear and credible contribution to improving people’s lives or strengthening communities. The contribution may be direct or indirect, but there must be a clear, credible and evidenced connection to improving people’s lives or strengthening communities. This connection must be more than remote, speculative or incidental. 

• Our primary focus is small charities and community organisations, because they are least able to purchase specialist support and because our involvement can create substantial multiplier impact. 

• You must be a formally constituted non-profit with a board of trustees, such as a registered charity or Community Interest Company (CIC). 

• You should have already published your first set of accounts.

• You need to have sufficient time available to work with our volunteers, who advise and facilitate, rather than taking the work away from you. 

• You must be based in the UK, and predominantly provide support to beneficiaries in the UK. If your work is wholly overseas, we are unfortunately unable to provide support.

Any project undertaken must be agreed by your charity's trustees and CEO.
