Cranfield Trust Management Consultancy is a free service to eligible charities that matches the skills of a volunteer consultant to help the charity solve an organisational problem. Projects can cover a range of topics including strategy, finance and business planning, marketing or strengthening governance and operations. This page provides an introduction to the volunteer role and background information you would need to get you set up and ready to be a volunteer management consultant.

Getting started
We will help you to prepare for a successful pro bono management consultancy project. When you are linked up with a charity to provide support, your Project Manager will directly send you the following guidance and documents to help you prepare. These documents are unique and confidential to Cranfield Trust and are therefore not openly available externally:
